Il arrive en <strong>France<\/strong> en <strong>1965<\/strong>, mais son succ\u00e8s reste limit\u00e9 en raison des planches peu optimis\u00e9es et des roues en plastique restreignant la vitesse et les man\u0153uvres.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En <strong>1972<\/strong>, une<strong> avanc\u00e9e majeure<\/strong> r\u00e9volutionne la discipline avec l\u2019introduction des<strong> roues en polyur\u00e9thane<\/strong>, offrant une meilleure adh\u00e9rence et une vitesse accrue. Son d\u00e9veloppement s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e8re dans les ann\u00e9es <strong>90 et 2000<\/strong> avec l\u2019apparition des <strong>premiers skateparks \u00e0 Toulon, Hy\u00e8res et Fr\u00e9jus.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une <strong>premi\u00e8re rampe<\/strong> d\u00e9di\u00e9e au skate voit le jour sur la place Bonaparte de Saint-Rapha\u00ebl avant d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9plac\u00e9e \u00e0 Beau Rivage, puis de dispara\u00eetre. Le magasin La Hutte (aujourd\u2019hui Intersport) disposait \u00e9galement d\u2019une mini rampe. En <strong>1913<\/strong>,<strong> Roland Garros<\/strong> y effectue la <strong>premi\u00e8re travers\u00e9e a\u00e9rienne de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e<\/strong>. Entre les deux guerres, elle devient un centre d\u2019innovation pour l\u2019aviation embarqu\u00e9e.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant la <strong>Seconde Guerre<\/strong> mondiale, la base conna\u00eet <strong>plusieurs fermetures et r\u00e9ouvertures<\/strong> avant d\u2019\u00eatre <strong>d\u00e9finitivement d\u00e9saffect\u00e9e<\/strong> dans les ann\u00e9es <strong>1990<\/strong>. En <strong>1991<\/strong>, elle est transform\u00e9e en <strong>un vaste espace naturel et de loisirs<\/strong>, devenant la Base Nature Fran\u00e7ois L\u00e9otard, un lieu privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 pour style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depuis longtemps, la communaut\u00e9 skate de l\u2019Est-Var attendait un skatepark moderne. Cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2002, l\u2019espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux skateurs de la Base Nature commen\u00e7ait \u00e0 montrer des signes d\u2019usure malgr\u00e9 des r\u00e9parations annuelles.Ses modules en bois peinaient \u00e0 r\u00e9sister \u00e0 l\u2019afflux constant de riders chaque week-end, et l\u2019installation ne r\u00e9pondait plus aux normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, ni \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution de la pratique des skateurs.<\/p><p>Les travaux seront r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par <strong>*l&rsquo;entreprise <a href=\"https:\/\/www.constructo.fr\">Constructo.<\/a><\/strong><\/p><p>Face \u00e0 ces enjeux, un tout nouveau skatepark va voir le jour \u00e0 la place de l\u2019ancienne installation et du pump-track voisin. Cette fois-ci, les skateurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consult\u00e9s et ont opt\u00e9 pour une structure en b\u00e9ton coul\u00e9, aux teintes sable, afin de mieux s\u2019int\u00e9grer \u00e0 l\u2019environnement naturel.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce futur skatepark s\u2019\u00e9tendra sur environ <strong>8.700m\u00b2<\/strong>, contre <strong>3.000m\u00b2<\/strong> aujourd\u2019hui.
